GIVVN was initially designed to assist in better serving the needs of the homeless requesting assistance via their Facebook page. Today, GIVVN is an AI fundraising platform for non-profits that includes chatbots, custom donation pages and CRM.
Tampa Bay Innovation Center’s goal is to accelerate entrepreneurial success. TBIC connects companies just starting with capital and business coaching to succeed.
Inclusive St. Pete is a new partnership forged by The 2020 Plan, the Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council (FSMSDC) and a host of partners to expand supplier diversity efforts in St. Petersburg. The initiative was announced in November 2019.

Sarah-Jane Vatelo
Sarah has called St Pete home for 22 years and looks forward to playing a role in St Pete’s urban growth and development. She received her Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida in 2007 and her Master’s in Architecture from the University of South Florida’s School of Architecture and Community Design in 2019.
StPete2050 is a city-wide conversation about where our city is going and what it can become over the next 30 years. They encourage community members to lend their input on the city’s future through various engagement events.
The Deuces Live, Inc has worked tirelessly in its revitalization efforts of The Deuces corridor to create a vibrant community that attracts businesses and consumers while preserving its history and heritage.
Forward Pinellas aims to provide leadership to align resources and plans that help to achieve a compelling vision for Pinellas County, the individual communities and this region. They are a land use and transportation planning agency and serve as the planning council and metropolitan planning organization for Pinellas County.
Culture and Community
Arts Conservatory for Teens serves the Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties of Florida. Their vision is to improve the quality of life for youth and teens in order to cultivate healthy, productive, and responsible citizens by engaging them in the education of performing and fine arts.
The African American Heritage Trails in St. Petersburg, Florida, are walking tours of downtown neighborhoods. Nineteen markers covering more than a dozen city blocks provide details about the history of the African American community in St. Petersburg.
