The third annual Grow Smarter Summit will bring together representatives from the public, private and nonprofit sectors to promote and discuss equitable growth and inclusion in the city.

You will hear from Grow Smarter and community leadership, have plenty of time for networking, and enjoy an expo-style session with over 25 organizations working in Grow Smarter’s focus areas (Housing, Coordinated Education & Training, District & Corridor Development, Targeted Job Creation, Entrepreneurial Growth, and Culture & Community) that will share how their work contributes to making St. Pete a better place to live.  

Breakfast and lunch provided!

When you register, we request $10 to cover food and to hold your spot, but we don’t want cost to prevent you from attending! Please reach out to us at mnoe@growsmarterstpete.com and we’ll make sure you get a ticket.

Programming

8am - 8:30am | Registration and breakfast

8:30am - 9:00am | Opening Session: Grow Smarter staff and leadership will provide an update on progress made this past year, share program updates with attendees, and describe how you can get involved.

9:00am - 9:30am | Workgroup Session: Hear from the leadership of each of our six workgroups as they report on their 2019 priorities and what to look forward to in 2020.

9:45am - 12pm | Expo session: Attendees will rotate between six hubs that represent the six focus areas of Grow Smarter. Expo presenters (representatives of organizations and members of our community) will share their work and how it makes St. Pete a better and more equitable place to live, with plenty of time for questions and engagement.

12pm - 2pm | Closing Session: Keynote (TBA) and lunch
